If cancelled before 15 days of Check In date refundable amount would Be 100% of total billing.
If cancelled before 7 days of Check In date refundable amount would Be 90% of total billing.
If cancelled before 6 days of Check In date refundable amount would Be 50% of total billing.

MAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Our Standard Check-in time is 1400 hours IST and check-out time is 1100 hours.
Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability and chargeable as per our policy.
It is mandatory We reserve the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
In case of Cancellation kindly refer our cancellation policy for details.
Group cancellation made 25 days prior to the arrival date shall incur cancellation charges of 50%, for less than 25 days 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
Services will be withdrawn if the agreed advance payment is not made.
In case of changes to the agreed number of rooms reserved, the services required or the length of the stay, we reserve the right to change the prices .
Specific rooms may be allocated only if confirmed by us earlier in writing.
All other standard policies pertaining to hotel/ hospitality industry shall apply
PAYMENT TERMS POLICY
Payment can be made using credit card, QR Code, Cash, or deposit in the bank account before the due date.
Taxes are as applicable at the time of reservation.
An extension of stay can be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, we are not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer..
Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be paid to the customer in a manner as requested by the customer (except cash) .The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
Children up-to 6 Years of age can stay free. Additional charges may be applicable for children between 6 and 12 years. 13 years and above will be charged as per extra adult rate.

This reservation is not transferable.
In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. You may smoke only in designated areas.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the premises
We have a zero tolerance policy for drugs usage.
Shouting, screaming, abusing or playing loud music in our premises is prohibited. We may ask you to leave if these rules are violated.
Any additional services like- snacks, drinks, meals or special service apart of booking would be on ala carte basis, and charges would be payable at the time of checkout
Driver accommodation is available at extra cost on prior notice, and is subject to availability.
Since all our meals are freshly prepared, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Please let us know your food preferences and allergies before your stay.
No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. We reserve the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
We have a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services.
Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the property at any point of time.
A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the premises or any furniture or furnishings within the premises, shall be liable for damages, including the loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.
Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival.
Special terms of offer will be applicable for the respective bookings and in case of conflict, the terms of such special offers will prevail.
Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside or order food from outside.
In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.
Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advise duly provided by the us and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.
All the assets and valuables of the premises should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. We have the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the premises have been done or caused by the Guest.
Guests are responsible personal possessions. We cannot take any responsibility for items that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, we cannot not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control.
The transport to the airport is provided as an ancillary service and the we are not accountable to whatsoever happens to the guests during such transits.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by us, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the our Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay with us.
You further agree that the Terms and Conditions as provided shall constitute the binding agreement between yourself and Naurang Yatri Niwas in relation to any and all commercial arrangement including reservation, stay, payment, usage of facilities, etc. of whatsoever nature.
We may, at our absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the we are of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
Guest voluntarily agrees and permits the our representatives to profile the guest from the public domain to ascertain the details of the guest and render adequate hospitality services to them during their stay.
We shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay with us.
We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by us.
We do not accept any liability for any failure by us to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control..
